Before You Visit a Drop Center
Following these practical guidelines ensures safe handling for waste worker mobilizers and facilitates immediate recycling.
Segregate Cleanly: Keep dry recyclables separate from wet food waste and toxic liquids.
Rinse & Dry: Rinse plastic containers and milk pouches to prevent odor and pest infestation.
Sanitize Electronics: Remove personal and sensitive memory data from old phones or PCs.
Check Timings: Confirm operating days and hours before planning your material drop-off.
Call Ahead for Bulk: Contact the center in-charge prior to transporting heavy vehicular loads.
No Open Dumping: Never dump materials outside a closed gate or collection center premise.
